Scribblers Inlet is a place to share thoughts and ideas of books and writing and all kinds of literature. As a young girl, it was unusual to see me without my nose stuck in a book. The Twins at St Clare’s and Malory Towers were my first loves, before moving on to The Babysitters Club and Sweet Valley High in my primary school days. In high school, John Marsden seemed to understand me better than anybody else and I still revisit ‘Letters from the Inside’ like an old friend. As an adult reading is still one of my very favourite ways to pass the time and, since recently joining a book club, this feels like a great time to combine my joy of reading with my love of writing and start a book review blog. I will share with you my thoughts on various books and hope to hear your thoughts back and inspire each other to read different books and see things in a novel that we might have otherwise missed or not appreciated.
